Option to create .ics files from 'Event' deliverables in Concourse

Create ability to automatically generate a Google Event on the Calendar with the name of the Event on the Due Date within Concourse.

Should automatically create a Google Meet/MS Teams meeting in the meeting invite
Should automatically invite all members of the event
Should populate Google event with the checklist items from Concourse event and/or link to Concourse event deliverable url
Should allow owner to set-meeting time (Stretch)
Should allow owner to set-meeting length (Stretch)
Should look for open times on the calendar based on date/meeting length (Stretch)
