Tying back all the activities to PDM might be an overkill sometimes. Would help to have flexibility to create own scope and delivery plan which could further go through necessary review from risk stand point if need be.

Concourse scoping aligns with our firm priorities of selling and delivering with Offerings. The Offering Specific Method content aligns to the Commercial Office Offering structure. If you feel there is an Offering gap, a request can be submited for new Offerings via Commercial Office. During scoping you can also add Delivery Standards to build your own delivery plan, or in Jira you can add net new items as needed.
