Request to Standardize MDR Delivery Content in Concourse

We have a well-established and repeatable delivery approach, including defined phases, deliverables, activities, and tasks, which we currently manage through an Excel delivery plan.We would like to explore formalizing this delivery model as standard PDM content within Concourse so that it can be reused automatically across engagements.Our objective is that when a new PDM workspace is created and the relevant offering is selected (for example, CDTR Managed Services – MDR onboarding), the MDR delivery plan is automatically available as the default scope. Upon activation, the corresponding structure would then flow into Jira Cloud without requiring manual recreation.Specifically, we are looking for support to:

• Formalise the MDR delivery model as PDM delivery content.

• Establish it either as a dedicated sub-offering under CDTR Managed Services or as an extension of the existing PDM standard.

• Incorporate our MDR-specific phases, deliverables, activities, tasks, and subtasks into the PDM hierarchy.

• Publish this content in Concourse so that teams selecting the offering automatically receive the standard MDR delivery plan as a starting point.
