Structure view and bulk edit issues

Context: Feedback from GEHC workspace – Structure view and bulk edit issues

• US team is prime and set up the workspace under an Oracle instance

• UK scope is SAP

• Both teams appear to have imported Excel plans into the system rather than using PDM

The team shared positive feedback that they are finding value in the dashboards, RAID log, process flows, and plan variance report.

They also raised the following issues when using the Structure view for their plan:

• Filter options are limited

• No search functionality within the Structure view (only global Jira search is available)

• Bulk edit is clunky and time consuming compared to the usual bulk edit experience

• There is a limit on how many items can be bulk edited at one time

• The team uses the Structure view because it shows all SAP tasks together, whereas the normal List view only showed Oracle tasks

Please can this be reviewed, including whether Structure is the expected/standard view for this setup, and whether the filtering, search, bulk edit, and List view behaviour can be improved.
