Enable teams to scope and deliver bespoke, or non-standard, engagements without requiring standard offering content, while still maintaining alignment to the commercial engagement.

Problem Statement

Today, scoping requires users to align delivery to predefined offering content in order to provision Jira and begin execution. This works well for standardized engagements, but breaks down when the work being delivered is bespoke and does not align to existing offering content. As a result, teams are forced into workflows that do not reflect actual delivery, creating friction, workarounds, and unnecessary Jira provisioning.
