Thanks, @Kelly Hughes and @Rose Leeson ! This is a valid observation. Timeline views are available in Jira Cloud, but they are accessed through specific areas (e.g., plan views), which may not be clearly reflected in the current Concourse guide. I'll set up a few minutes with you and @Brian Masson next week to sync to discuss potential updates to the Concourse guidance to better clarify which views are available by template and where to access them so the experience is more intuitive for users.
Thank you all - we have an example of how this came up with our ZA pilot teams if helpful. @Brian Masson provided one off support there to explain the difference but this example may help to explain what could be added to the guide.
