After pilot feedback session with Canadian team, we concluded that it would be beneficial for PDM to change the approach to project goals and deliverables.
Currently, PDM focuses the most on deliverables, which act as milestones / steps to achieve project goals. Basically, we assume that fulfilling the deliverables should lead to successful project delivery.
Our idea is to somehow switch this approach - teams should be able to focus on the project goal, with PDM serving as support tool and a helper to get to it.

Concourse teams can choose between the two options (1) Self-Guided Scoping and (2) Intelligent Scoping. With with either option they can add/remove the Activities/Deliverables they deem necessary for the work, from across different offerings. Please contact us if you have additional questions.
