Ability to add technology flavour to tech agnostic content

There is a possibility that we have upselled some light part of PwC Services to the client or we have quite complex scopes, where to simplify the scoping user can decide to move with Delivery Standard only [e.g. Business application management - that is tech agnostic].

It will nice to have the possibility for the tech agnostic elements click "Add technology / offering specific content" to only selected items: e.g. SF.

So, we will have L4 clean scope + L5+L6 for those L4 with tech specific context.

Priority: Low. Just an idea.
