Inconsistency in user import template for workspace users in Concourse

While importing users list to Concourse workspace, i first downloaded template file. After filling the columns, I had problems with import, as import popup was stating the file is not consistent with the template. After downloading the current users list it appeared that there's a difference between the template and the downloaded list: the template lacks one comma and one set of "" symbols to mark empty space in place of non-filled "Functional role" column. See the attachment for a better explanation.
Expected fix: I'd suggest to add missing ,"" at the end of CSV string in template examples to make it more clear. That would make working with template easier and would reduce errors, as not everyone working with Concourse is familiar with correct CSV file structure.
