[Bug] Concourse Home is loading, while after trying to open the scope I can see grey screen without anything happening

Hi Team

I have repeatable issue [mainly morning time].

Steps:

Go to Concourse - home page is working
Select some workspace - screen is loading and after is grey as shared in attachment.

At the same time for other team members on the same VPN everything works fine.

Hi Olek, this appears to be a defect you are experiencing in Production and is inconsistent with other users, therefore will require some troubleshooting with our Support team. Please submit the issue through Service Now so that they can work with you to monitor the experience and determine the best path to resolution.
