Jira Cloud Feature Request - Automation for RAID items

Current State: RAID Items are created as shown in the red box. It will be hard to navigate as time passes - especially for engagements in Managed Services that span across multiple years (some of them 5 years). We would also like to make it easier for our Quality reviewers to navigate.

Proposal:

1. Create an Epic for each type of RAID item for teams

2. Create a RAID board similar to the Kanban board that filters in RAID items.

   1. Have RAID type swim lanes (2nd image below)
