Concourse Feedback

Below is some global/territory feedback and enhancement requests on SaveIt:

1-The user behavior for adding SaveIt is inconsistent. For some projects - you need to add the SaveIt app to each work item, on other projects it is available - could there be enhancement so that all jIRA cloud projects have the SaveIt app enabled at the work item level?

2-In legacy Concourse you were able to create a document right from the plan itself. As part of the current implementation, you need to create in your own Sharepoint or leave the plan and create it directly in SaveIt.

3- Its not always intuitive to have to push the refresh once you choose to send it to save it, so it appears on screen (in the bottom section)- is this intended behavior

4- Once you have sent a document to save it- it still saves a static file that is attached to the plan page, but then the live document that can be worked on or where there is collaboration is in another location. This can be confusing especially when working with a client as they don't see the linked file back to the active SaveIt file (just the one that was attached) - can this user experience be further refined

5- When a few territories saw the lack of collaboration tied directly into JIRA they have asked for a confluence integration (this is already logged as CONC-I-1938)- can this be considered

6- We are starting to get questions re: foldering in SaveIt for global. We understand that no folders are created for global vs. the ones required in the US - but could simple default folder structure be considered for internal documents vs. those you intend to share with clients?

7- For test/demo projects - there is a control that external users do not get granted access to the project. There was a request that that same control be extended to the documents for the documents for that project as well - meaning those are locked down from sharing with external users (was there uses cases why that isn't done?) --- THIS IS OK

(8- Provide for the ability to leverage already created SaveIt instances for Concourse for territories that have already provisioned them OR provide API so that the Concourse SaveIt can be created by in territory processes) - Item 8 split into separate Idea CONC-I-2358
