We would like to request a feature where AI automatically suggests solutions for newly created issues by referencing similar cases and resolutions from past issues across multiple projects.
Since the number of issue samples within a single project tends to be limited, relying solely on project-specific data may not yield sufficiently useful suggestions. By leveraging knowledge accumulated across various projects, the AI can provide more accurate and relevant recommendations.
This functionality would enable users to quickly utilize past insights, leading to improved efficiency in issue resolution, enhanced quality of responses, and better reuse of organizational knowledge.
