Put Simply: Create a centralized Global Activity Dashboard that consolidates activity data across all engagements from Concourse and Jira Cloud, with advanced filtering to support strategic visibility and leadership oversight.

Why it Matters: Leadership lacks a unified view of key delivery activities across regions, practices, and engagements. Current systems provide engagement-level data only, limiting insights and the ability to drive consistency, monitor execution trends, or proactively intervene. A global dashboard fills this gap with actionable visibility.

Additional Context:

• The dashboard should ingest activity data from both Concourse and Jira Cloud, covering delivery tasks, updates, and contributions.

• Filtering should support:

  • Timeline (e.g., past 7 days, 30 days, quarter)

  • Practice

  • Geography

  • Client

  • Workstream

  • Engagement

  • Contributor (user or role)

• Users need to see trends in who is contributing, what is being delivered, and where delivery risks may be emerging.

• A unified view allows leadership to identify gaps in delivery coverage, assess platform adoption, and spot regional or functional bottlenecks.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A single dashboard UI, accessible by authorized leadership and delivery users.

• Pulls activity data from both Concourse and Jira Cloud automatically.

• Global filter panel allows multi-dimensional filtering as described above.

• Filtered results update the dashboard in real time or near real time.

• Data refreshes at defined intervals (e.g., daily).

• Ability to export filtered views or download reports.
