Estimation Configuration - Admin Portal Tile

Put Simply Statement:
Add UI for the Configuration side of Estimation Models within Concourse's Admin Portal

Why it Matters:
Estimation Model Configuration will need a home within Concourse

What’s Needed:

• A tile titled Estimation Configuration

  • Sub-text explaining

• Only show Models / Ability to create Models for those with correct access

• question about who can see the tile

• should probably also have a user management type section on this page

Early ACs:

• Given an Admin lands on the Admin Portal page and has the access to view Estimation Configuration, when they view the tiles, then they will see a new tile "Estimation Configuration"

  • Sub-text "xyz"

  Given an Admin is on the Admin Portal page, when they click on Estimation Configuration, then they will be taken to the Estimation Models that they own/can view

  • There will be permissions for which they can own/view

  • Will also be permissions for if they can create models
