BUG: L5+L6 are selected when L4 is not selected

Hi Team,

I have an issue with the scope:

  1. I cannot reach proper L5+L6 count in SF [for SF projects if we select proper amount of L4 - 122, we should have 422 L5+L6 - we cannot reach that count.

  2. Some L5+L6 are selected when L4 is not selected [see screen shot]

    Hey Olek, I am validating with our Scoping Product Manager that it was indeed resolved in Offerings before we close this out.

    It looks like that this issue has been resolved in offerings flow [but we cannot confirm this].

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. in PMO: to have both team selected - PMO and Salesforce Implementation

    2. Deselect option L4.
    3. Remove PMO Team

    4. Add PMO Team

    5. L5/L6 is again selected, L4 is not selected.
