Hi Team,
Due to inactivity on the screen concourse force to refresh the page or even loading or refreshing the page takes more than 10 seconds [it looks like that caching is not working properly] - the same content without changes is loaded quite long. See recording. I can see similar feedback but for other areas and screens.

Hi Emma,
I believe performance become better in last few months [initial request is from Aug 2025].
However, it will be good to add some identification that page is loading - e.g. when I am logining first time per day, I have the issue that I receive grey screen and after 5 seconds something appearing. It will be good to have somethings showing that page loading is in progress. As loading wheel that we have during scope loading or project plan loading :-)

Hi Pawel and Olek, thanks for the feedback! We can definitely look into this for you. I wanted to understand if you are also seeing performance issues when scoping with offerings, or it is mainly evident while scoping with building blocks, as seen in your recording?
I believe it will be good to have performance tests on different VPNs [e.g. in UK, US, AU, etc.] and check the results.
Some elements loading time is around 10 sek [e.g. home page], at the same time - scope generation screen [for existing scope] or workspace page can take too much time].
This issue is still relevant, today during morning meeting load times for the delivery plan based on multiple offerings were around 30s, and for a delivery plan biult with just one offering it was around 25-28s too.
