The workflow should prompt project teams to submit required assets, support easy uploading from platforms like SharePoint, and allow categorization/tagging for reuse.

Another method approach we took in the past was, hey, once in a little while we send out a communication e-mail to all those 30 projects. ... The whole cycle will take a month. By the time you think you'll get a good version, there must be another better version, like another new project already there.”
