Put Simply

Create the backend and UI for the Admin Portal side of Estimation

Acceptance Criteria:

• Ability to view/select Offerings

  • POC 1/2 - Filtering and Search

    • Ability to get to Offering Work Item Mapping

• Page to view/assign Work Item Efforts

  • POC 1/2 ability to assign attributes to work items (i.e. Teams, Complexity, Drivers, etc)

• Page to create Complexity Matrix Defaults

  • POC 1 - table structure to input efforts + Default counts

    • really think that we should look at other places to do this (work item page)

  • POC 1/2 - Excel upload for bulk inputs

• Page to create Drivers and edit their calculations

  • POC 1 - ability to create/edit all current state Driver types

  • POC 1/2 - Excel upload for bulk inputs

• Page to create Teams and Team Structure

  • POC 1 - ability to create Teams with all Roles, N structures

  • POC 1/2 - ability to assign specific Profit Centers/ACvDomestic to each offering

    • ability to assign to each role

• Page to approve Accelerators for a given Offering

  • Connect to Nexus Innovation APIs to receive current Accelerator data

• Page to view and assign Resource Rates

  • Requires an integration with FlexForecast

    • Pulls in Platform and PracticeTeam/ProfitCenter rates data

• Page to create custom calculation logic

  • New New - with natural language create a driver with custom calculation logic (i.e. if then calculations)

• Does/should MandatoryID/Product Code exist in Estimation config or AP config?
