Triangulated Estimation Workflow

The hand-offs between the Solution Master spreadsheet, E Pro effort model, and Flex tool create a looping, manual process (“spreadsheet → E Pro → Flex → spreadsheet”) that consumes days of effort and causes repeated re-work.

Although Flex can import approved E Pro models, many items aren’t covered by E Pro, so teams “download from Flex to the spreadsheet,” manually reconcile gaps, and then re-upload. This “900 lb gorilla” step is brittle and time-intensive.

A surfaced need for an AI-enabled tool that would automatically “tell me my gaps between Solution Master and Flex” so Peter can quickly fill missing lines rather than manually comparing two spreadsheets.
