Discovery- Define Seamless Workflow Integration Between Concourse and Outcomes Hub for Managed Services

Put Simply:
Create a clearly defined process for how and when to shift from Concourse (project setup) to Outcomes Hub (managed services delivery), including roles, data, and triggers.

Why it Matters:
As PwC engagements increasingly include long-term managed services, the tools and workflows must align. Concourse is excellent for orchestrating the initial project phases, but Outcomes Hub will manage the day-to-day execution of repetitive service tasks. Without a clear handoff and integration strategy, teams risk duplicate work, user confusion, and inefficient delivery.

Additional Context:
There is a need for Outcomes Hub to "pick up" delivery responsibilities from Concourse during the evolve phase of a project. Outcomes Hub doesn't currently support automatic provisioning or user selection—but should, ideally, inherit context from Concourse.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Define the point in Concourse where Outcomes Hub engagement should be triggered.

• Auto-provision Outcomes Hub workspace with key data from Concourse or Salesforce.

• Support user-specific provisioning—only admins or service leads should be included.

• Include a standardized shutdown process when managed services end.
