Put Simply: Users can assign work to PwC/Client/Vendor, select optional accelerators, and view other work item details
The Estimate is created with the work items from the scope.
Acceptance Criteria:
Users can view all scoped work items along with their Effort hours and associated attributes
The effort displayed is the configuration set Effort for the Work Item minus the accelerator (if applicable)
Associated Attributes: Work Item Name, Work Item Description, Team(s), Accelerator(s), Driver(s)
For each work item, users can allocate work item ownership between PwC, Client, or Vendor
For each work item, users can enable or disable optional accelerators (e.g., automation, AI tools) that reduce estimated effort for the tied work item
Users can select-all/deselect-all for all optional accelerators
Accelerator savings are clearly reflected in updated effort values per work item.
Users cannot remove or deselect work items during this step; changes to scope must be made before entering estimation.
Ideas for future:
UI Revamp (rethink how things could / should be displayed)
Should display on either/both work item page and complexity page which work items are complex and which complexity they're tied to (and/or show the inverse on complexity)
Attached drivers should also provide more detail
Should probably add significantly improved filtering logic/options
Do we need to display only by offering or do we potentially want a full view etc
