Multiple Territories have asked for ALM integration --- so far it came up in Australia, France, and Canada
I understand there are active conversations but want to make sure this is logged and on the radar for Global

I discussed this one today with Meik Spanowsky --- for now this work is on HOLD. It has been raised by a few territories but not again recently and is also not one that is currently being asked for by existing territories in the US either. Will pick back up on this one in FY27 Q1 post other year end changes
Hello, we have reached out via email for more information on this request. Please reply there or Can you please let us know if this is still an active request teams would like investigated? And if so, can you please provide the expected reach of this solution, either by territories or % of engagements that you would anticipate utilizing this? These answers will help us understand if we should look at a system wide solution, including cost evaluations or have teams work directly with the Jira Services team for individual support and approvals. Hello, thank you for this submission. I have requested our PMO Hub team review and provide a status update on this item. In the meantime, please feel free to add any more details on the current usage and details of the ALM.
India asked for an integration with Cloud ALM as well
Per an update in July 2025, Meik Spanowsky (Global SAP Architect and Service Leader), there had been a delay in SAP releasing the official API and he and the team were checking to see if its worth (and sanctioned) to use the API.
I have just sent a follow up to see if there is any movement.
