Our practice teams created tasks and sub-tasks for some of the mandatory PM and QM L4s. By default all the tasks and sub-tasks before those L4s are marked as mandatory. However, not all of those tasks and sub-tasks should be mandatory since they are project dependent vs general PM & QM tasks and sub-tasks. Refer to the screenshot.

Hi @Jen - quick update: I followed up with James S. on 9/26 and am just waiting for his confirmation that the content’s been fully updated. I’ll keep you posted!
Adding a comment per James S., This one is in progress, and will be closed out on 9/5, it was a feature defect in Admin portal that forced us to map all L5s/L6s to a mandatory L4 as mandatory, that restriction was removed in June, now we are updating the content.
