Can we ensure Intelligent Scoping allows for upload of RFPs in non-English language

For the AI-Powered Scoping solution in the Scoping Wizard, can we please ensure the upload of RFP's work for non-English RFP's (including double-byte characters)

    When I explain to Japan Directors(They are SAP Practitioners), they really requeted AI-powered scoping tool!! I expect this feature honestly!!
