Offerings - SAP Activate - Ability to confirm SAP Activate is an option

As a user, I do not have visibility when setting up an SAP scope to know whether or not I have selected work items that would prevent me from activating my scope with the SAP Activate framework. I would like to have the option if any SAP work items are selected to be able to activate to the SAP Activate framework regardless of other (non-SAP work items) work items selected.
