Territories would like to have a capability to report across in-territory jira cloud portfolio of projects. E.g., how many are live, how many have clients added, what's their completion status, summary of RAID open items, number of owners/dates/statuses assigned.
Hi @Guest Currently, Jira Cloud does not natively support cross‑project, in‑territory portfolio reporting at the level of aggregation outlined (e.g., live projects, client presence, completion status, RAID summaries, ownership, and timeline metrics). Until another approach is determined available, to achieve this today, the recommended approach is to use Power BI, connecting to each project and consolidating the data into a centralized reporting layer. This requires setting up the appropriate connectors and data model (please email the PMO Hub at gbl_concourse_ecosystem_support@pwc.com- or if you’re experiencing technical issues, please submit a support ticket here).
We will continue to explore pathways for more executive level reporting like this in the next FY.
