Put Simply Statement:
Automatically display relevant drivers to in scope work items for more accurate estimates.

Why it Matters:
This ensures that estimation inputs are always relevant, reduces noise, and improves both speed and accuracy of estimation. It directly supports work item effort being accurate to the specific project

What’s Needed:

• Logic to tie drivers to in scope work items.

• UI to display options and selections

  • Typically we would like to display all of these selections in a summary view somewhere

  • Ideally with AI we should also be showing the impact of each driver option (via AI+ hover over) and also the impact of the selected drivers in a recap somewhere as well in a similar way to how accelerator savings are displayed

    • adding transparency to the user side flow of ePro is of the utmost importance

• Update reporting and driver tying to reflect new mapping structure.

• Early ACs:

  • Only relevant drivers are shown based in on scope work items

    • We do not need to display these by offering (thought that's up for debate)

  • Mapping logic is configurable by admins.

    • Admins can review and adjust driver mappings as needed.
