Make Ask Concourse available to users when in Microsoft 365 Teams with all of the same content and connect to Teams document repository
Put Simply
Engagement teams will be able to add the Concourse Q&A Agent directly into Microsoft Teams as an individual app, enabling Q&A support without leaving Teams.
Problem Statement
Today, engagement teams do not have access to Concourse Q&A within Microsoft Teams. They must navigate to separate Concourse interfaces to find information or get answers to questions, creating unnecessary friction. This lack of integration limits users’ ability to work within the tools they already use every day.
Solution Scope
Deploy the Concourse Q&A Agent as an individual Microsoft Teams Add-On. Independently installable, allowing teams to choose the functionality they need. Once added, users can:
Ask Concourse-related questions in chat and receive guided responses from the Q&A Agent.
Search and retrieve assets (documents, templates, etc.) using the Asset Search tool.
High-Level Acceptance Criteria
Agents are discoverable and installable in the Microsoft Teams App Store.
Users can add the Agent to personal chat, group chat or a team channel.
Responses and search results are context-aware if linked to a team engagement channel. (Need to review with TL)
Teams admins can configure or restrict access based on workspace or engagement needs. (Need to review with TL)
Logging and analytics are available to track agent usage and common queries.
