Activate Project Plan Failed Merged

I'm receiving a "something happened on our end. Please try again". I went back and removed Abigail and then clicked through the screens, but I still received this error message.

I refreshed the screen and then it took me back to my workspace list of all of my scopes and it listed this one as active. There was a brief pop-up at the bottom left hand side of the screen that said can't get BxT stages.

However, I can't see Jira or figure out how to get to Jira from my scope page and it isn't listed in my apps.
