Team Members dropped from review screen

I left the team members as was already configured and just added myself. However, I noticed when I got to the review screen there was a comma before Garrett's name. I clicked the edit button and noticed Abigail was not listed there, but not on the review page.

Additionally, once I'm back on the edit team members page it makes me click through all the pages again. I expected to be able to return to the review page immediately.

    Hi Jen, We tried reproducing this issue in all the environments, but could not find any issue. Please refer the image below. Seems like a cache issue.
