I can see your point on trying to limit the initial scope. Most users are not going to understand all the PM and QM mandatory L4s with just the titles.
Hi Jen,
That’s correct. Currently, the system is configured so that when an L4 item is marked as mandatory, all of its child L5 and L6 items are also automatically marked as mandatory. Since users cannot deselect mandatory items during scoping, we are limiting the initial scope to only include the mandatory L4 items for the MVP. This approach helps prevent the scope from becoming overloaded with mandatory L5 and L6 items.
