Ability to search across all offerings at the deliverable L4 level. Many sub-offerings do not have any Deliverables mapped beyond PM/QM mandatory deliverables. They need the ability to search for relevant Deliverables, see what offerings they live under, to determine if applicable to include.

Often times we want to locate deliverables / task in PDM but don't know in what BB / activity they reside. It would be great to have a dashbaord or an improved search box (in both scoping and explore pdm) allowing us to query and find deliverables...
