Quality of assets

1. PwC engagement scope/plan: assets appear under the "define" stage for this deliverable, not under "plan". why? shouldn't the same assets be linked to the same deliverable throughout the stages? 2 assets are very short (1-2 pages), no PwC formatting. third one is a third party template (PM2) with third party formatting that can't be easily reused - why are we using a third party template?

2. ongoing internal governance model deliverable: the asset is not a model, it's R&R.

I lost it but I saw a quality or PM block deliverable that had 2011 copyright and branding. are we sure we don't have a more recent Golden Standard asset to share?
