Customizable RAID+ Logs with Flexible Issue Types

Enable teams to tailor their RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) logs by adding or removing issue types such as Actions and Change Requests based on how they manage project governance. This would support teams that diverge from standard frameworks and want better alignment with real-world workflows.

    Teams can use the enterprise template and request additional customizations via the PMO hub. End users do not have direct customization access but please reach out via advanced support services, to fill out a ticket in the portal and the team can look into your request further.

    Change Request work item type can be configured in your Jira project, Please create a ticket with the Jira team and they will help you customize it
