Offerings detail panel to include Commercial Hub link

Offerings should include hover over definitions and/or links to offering pages on HQ

    Hi Jen! Thank you for validating and confirming you see/can use the Commercial Hub link in the Offerings detail panel!

    And thank you for the idea to also add the link to the "Refine Your Offerings" page! I have added it to the Aha portal so you can track it at this link: https://concourse.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CONC-I-2189

    I see the Commercial Hub link within the lowest level of the Offering hierarchy/leaf.

    However, I think the link should be also listed on the "Refine Your Offerings" page because that's when the user actually needs to decide which offering to select.
