Admin Portal - Validations for Building Block Creation/Deletion

There are two key areas to improve in the new Admin Portal regarding Building Block management:

1. Default Status on Creation:
   Currently, newly created Building Blocks default to an Active status, which poses a risk of them being prematurely displayed to end users without proper review. To mitigate this, consider setting the default status to Inactive, requiring a manual action to activate once validation is complete.

2. Validations Before Deletion:
   To ensure safe deletion of Building Blocks, implement validations that require:

   • The Building Block to be explicitly set to Inactive before deletion is allowed.

   • All associations or linkages to be removed prior to permanent deletion.

   This would help prevent accidental loss of data or broken references within the system.
