Allow users to extend an existing engagement’s scope by re-entering the Scoping Wizard, making it easy to add new Offerings and deliverables through a familiar, guided flow—without creating a new workspace.
Problem Statement
Users frequently need to adjust the scope of ongoing engagements as project needs evolve. However, the current Scoping Wizard doesn’t support a streamlined, intuitive process for scope additions. Users must create new workspaces, which can lead to fragmented scopes, increased overhead, and/or multiple Jira sites. A better solution is required to allow scope additions using the same approach previously used in Scoping with PDM.
In case of change request [mainly when extra scope is added], we can only create additional items in Jira [however, they will not have linked PwC Assets] and content.
It would be ideal to allow users to choose whether to create new Teams, SharePoint, and JIRA environments, and handle the process accordingly based on that selection.
