A well-organized dialog without excessive whitespace looks more polished and less intimidating to users.
What's needed:
Redesign the dialog layout to minimize whitespace and optimize content presentation.
Consult with the communications team to ensure the updated design meets user expectations and is not perceived as intimidating.
Copy recommendations:
