PDM is constantly evolving—new line items, tasks, or curated assets are regularly added. Users should be notified when new relevant content becomes available and receive suggestions to incorporate it into active or in-flight workspaces without starting from scratch.

Why It Matters:

• Keeps workspaces current: Ensures delivery plans stay aligned with the latest methodology and best practices.

• Supports continuous improvement: Encourages teams to adopt updates and enhancements to improve engagement quality.

• Reduces manual rework: Users don’t need to constantly check the PDM for changes—they get timely, contextual prompts.

• Improves asset usage: Newly curated (e.g., Golden) assets are more likely to be used when surfaced intelligently.

• Enables smarter workspace evolution: Aligns existing workspaces with new scopes, templates, or reusable content as it becomes available.

What’s Needed:

• Notification system in Concourse workspaces to alert users to newly added PDM items (line items, tasks, assets).

• Logic to determine relevance based on workspace type, practice, and prior scope.

• UI component to review, preview, and optionally import suggested items.

• Backend process to detect and surface changes to relevant PDM mappings.

• Admin tooling to tag PDM updates as "suggestible" content.

• Opt-in or role-based controls to determine who gets notified.
