Teams need a way to view just the client-facing deliverables in the delivery plan—without the internal complexity of offerings, building blocks, or planning hierarchies. A streamlined, client-centric view will make it easier to scope, communicate, and deliver work that aligns with what was sold.
Why It Matters:
Keeps teams aligned with client expectations: Clients care most about what they’re receiving. A deliverables-only view helps internal teams focus on exactly that.
Simplifies communication: Non-technical stakeholders (internal or client-side) don’t need the full structural breakdown—just a clear list of what’s being delivered.
Supports SOW alignment: Enables easier comparison between scoped deliverables and the Statement of Work.
What’s Needed:
A view in the delivery plan focused solely on client deliverables—ideally one that can be toggled to or filtered by.
