When we press "↑" button on keyboard, the focus move to the outside of the text area, not inside.
This is not severe issue, but it is so annoying to input the information.

1. Open RAID items
2. Click Description text area.
3. Press "↑" button on keyboard

Closing this Idea as we have stopped supporting new development in the native RAID and Plan pages in Concourse and will be working to help users migrate to the newer Jira Cloud Delivery experience.
