AC Kolkata migration - Not able to access with new US email

Our AC Kolkata team members migrated to US emails this past weekend (5.17-5.20). Their new US emails are not available under Settings > Team > Add new team member.


Please resolve ASAP as this is preventing AC team from accessing client workpapers to perform work.
