Engagement Managers need access to group calendars

Whomever is 'Engagement Manager' in Concourse loses the ability to schedule on behalf of the shared Outlook calendar that is provisioned when the space is created. Engagement Team Members can view the calendar and schedule on behalf of the group just fine, but the Manager cannot. It severely limits my ability to schedule client meetings that we all need visibility on and means I have to delegate excessive admin tasks to my team.
