Everything be uploaded to SaveIt

While working in my concourse space and uploading documents, I selected for each one to be added to the SaveIt, but only some of them are there. How can I make sure they all transfer over?

    Hello McKenzie just want to double check that you are no longer having issues and the previous information helped you save your files correctly.

    Thank you for submitting this! For files marked for SaveIt, they will transfer to SaveIt once the work item has been marked as "Completed."

    It's possible that the files that you're not seeing in SaveIt are attached to work items that aren't marked as "Completed." Check out the Concourse Guide to learn more!

    If those work items have been marked as "Completed," you may want to submit a tech support ticket.
