To whom it may concern,
I currently access the Concourse website from Japan. I couldn't access the workspace last Wednesday and this Wednesday (JPT) during the working time for about 1 hour.
I think there may be the maintenance time that user could not access the Concourse website. Could you please tell me the maintenance time? It would help a lot.

Sorry for the delayed response and thank you for submitting this!
If there's a planned outage, we typically display a banner to inform users. Our deployments for what we consider "Concourse Core" are on Wednesdays from 9:00 pm EST to 11:00 pm EST which should translate to 10:00 am JST to 12:00 pm JST.
That could be why you're seeing an outage on Wednesdays!
And if you run into additional outage issues that aren't related to our deployments, I would suggest submitting a tech support ticket (see guidance here).
