File Repository - NOT Deliverable Specific - Ease of Access -

If we're wanting Concourse to be a one-stop-shop Project Management tool, there should be a better mechanism for uploading / sharing files. Something that is intuitive, and NOT tied to a deliverable. One example would be meeting minutes. If I'm using Concourse with a client, and we have a meeting that is not specific to one deliverable, and I created meeting minutes for that meeting - where should I be uploading them to share? Intuitively, I would look in the files tab, then expect customizable folders or something to organize the files, then find the folder I want and expect the file.
