I was able to reschedule meetings I scheduled through Concourse before, but today when I goto reschedule that meeting, it's not even showing me that the meeting was scheduled through Concourse and I was not able to reschedule it either

It sounds like you might be experiencing a bug if you're unable to see your scheduled meetings in Concourse. I would suggest reaching out to our tech support team if you're still having issues (see guidance here).
