Develop a PMO project management module in Concourse

As part of extending Concourse PMO capabilities, include the following functionalities, perhaps this can be bundled as a PMO Module in Concourse:

-Create Project Charter in Concourse

-Stakeholder Register

-Communications plan

- PM reporting to various levels of stakeholders (which to an extent is already available)

budgeting to actuals analysis (assuming this is already planned with Flex integration) - but can be bundled in this module
