Feature to create a repository of existing Decks and Slide to assist with RFP response

Functionality to build and maintain PowerPoint slide library automatically.

Save time otherwise spent organizing PowerPoint files and opening files looking for slides.

Should be able to discover valuable slides and information adding keyword and content based on the content of the deck and individual slides making it easier to search and index.

Also should allow creating new presentations from existing slides with one click by selecting existing slides that we want to be part of the new presentation.

    This has been defined & scored via the Concourse prioritization panel. This feature has been not yet been prioritized.
